On Friday, October 31st, the DAT High School student body returned from a fun filled week of hiking, camping, learnings and bonding. During the 2014 Fall Immersion, the students were given the opportunity to choose between three tracks: Discovery, Adventure, and Extreme Adventure. For two days, each track went to different places in Arizona and enjoyed different activities. The Discovery track stayed on the rim of the Grand Canyon and enjoyed walking and driving tours. The Adventure track hiked into the Grand Canyon and then camped by Lake Powell that night. The Extreme Adventure track hiked into the Grand Canyon and camped on a mesa for the night.
