The Contributers of Wolf Tracks

In 2014, the DAT High School created an online newspaper called, “Wolf Tracks”. The newspaper has school news and student opinions on current events. Currently, the newspaper is being run by Junior, Aliza Makovsky, along with Sophmore Rivka Miriam Reiffman, Freshman Avi Cohen, and Junior Kyra Fischer. Senior Shua Friedman operates the athletics tab where he posts updated athletic statistics, pictures, news, and more. Mrs. Makovsky is the faculty advisor for the club. She guides the students through the brainstorming, writing, and editing before the articles are ready to be published.

The articles posted on the online newspaper will be written by students and teachers in the school. Anytime something interesting happens in the school or in the world, a student will immediately be assigned to write an article. After the article is written, it is peer edited and then edited by Mrs. Makovsky. Once the article is deemed “perfect,” it is sent to Dr. Kramer and Mrs. Lev for a final check. The final product is then published on the website! We hope you enjoy our online newspaper. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, feel free to contact us here.
